About US

We are Chester County's first “low” high-tech climate controlled vertical aeroponic greenhouse. Adragone Aeroponics is dedicated to growing nutrient-dense produce year round. Our system of growing plants uses a cascade of nutrient water to feed the roots of plants grown in space-saving grow walls. We use 90% less water than traditional farming and can grow up to 100 times more produce per square foot.

Our larger goal is the innovation of appropriate farming technologies as tools addressing food insecurity here in the U.S., as well as regions of the world experiencing harsh climates and/or a need for disaster relief.

LEDStorm lighting uses EMS (electro magnetic spectrum) to optimize the growth and health of our plants. It encourages growth and boost the nutrient values.

Integrating the technologies from two local companies, Foam-Tech Insulation and Andek (special paint coating), we have created the perfect environment for growing year round.

Partnering with Earth Ponics Grow System and LEDStorm lighting we are proud to announce we are now also

Global Farming Initiative.

CONNECTING LOCAL FOOD TO GOOD HEALTH AND SUSTAINABILITY

Adragone Aeroponics, a high-tech indoor farm, founded by Jody Spangler, is located at

3140 Conestoga Road, Glenmoore, Chester County, Pennsylvania.

The original farm historically known as Windy Hill Farm was founded in the late 1700’s. Our family has enjoyed fresh produce for 5 generations. Now, we would like to show others how good and healthy fresh vegetables can be.

The farm is now a vertical aeroponic greenhouse which maximizes growth per square foot. Nutrient dense and flavorful produce is the standard we achieve using Earth Ponics grow walls and LEDStorm lighting. Many of our “tasters” are surprised by the flavor of our produce. Join the CSA, get close to your food and try it .

Our focus on conservation comes from the knowledge that the preservation of our environment, including water, open space and real estate is necessary to ensure the future health of our planet and ourselves. Keeping our water use at a minimum and maximizing the space saving feature are great benefits of our Earth Ponics grow system.

Striving toward this goal, we are adopting a “no shipping” philosophy. Each customer should be located within our 10 mile, “local delivery area”, by living or working in close proximity to allow pickup of their food. Thus eliminating the need for waste of fuel and reducing air pollution from exhaust.

Each CSA customer is issued a set of reusable mesh bags to transport food home in their own reusable grocery bag. We hope to foster the “no plastics” way of shopping.

Sustainable and Regenerative Agriculture is our Mission.
